Our Care Workers ~ Covid 19 Pandemic Response ~ 2020 ~ the present

I am producing a photo project about female (and female identifying) care workers fully masked and unmasked, of all different ages and ethnicities. I photograph them after a shift in front of the hospitals and clinics where they work. I then conduct an audio interview, recording their struggles and triumphs throughout their careers from March 2020 to the present. I explore how this time has affected their lives, their families lives and hear about the hardships they have faced. I am currently looking for more volunteers to be photographed and interviewed. The current work has been published and exhibited in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please contact me for details.
